Joseph DiRienzo and Patricia A. Dulinski find solutions, think imaginatively and focus on achieving the best possible results for families. They listen to their clients’ fears and concerns to ensure they have the necessary tools to embrace a new transition in life.

Clients deal with the stress of family conflict, juggling budgets and jobs and caring for children, and additionally often face the prospect of moving. They’re thrown into an arena they don’t understand without the tools they need. That’s why the firm’s staff works tirelessly to address their clients’ specific legal concerns with honest, straightforward legal guidance. The firm focuses on building lasting and trusting relationships by telling clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

The firm’s goal is to help families communicate effectively and settle legal matters while always putting children first. Both DiRienzo and Dulinski use negotiation and mediation whenever possible to help clients reach agreements that make sense in order to avoid future litigation.

DiRienzo is also certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, an expertise that’s invaluable in the few cases that require a trial. No matter or concern is too large or too small, and the firm looks forward to providing clients the help they need.

"Simply put, Trish gets the job done." -A.K., Bogota

"Patricia Dulinski is very knowledgeable about the divorce process and its impact on children and family. She's aggressive, keeps her clients engaged at all times, yet maintains a calm atmosphere when traveling through the  road map  of divorce. Mrs. Dulinski is compassionate with her clients, as she understands the impact that the proceedings have sometimes on a couple's change in life. She's always up for the challenge...she practically welcomes it!" -T.G., Rahway

"Patricia gave me the time, compassion and results that I absolutely needed."-L.G., Spotswood

"Patricia represented me in a post-divorce financial matter (child support, etc.) with positive results. The results aside, it was her demeanor that made all the difference: she was patient, kind, sympathetic, analytical, organized and responsive. On top of all that, she had a great sense of humor that often cut through the haze of negative emotions swirling around the situation." -B.F., Jersey City

"Joe DiRienzo and his partner Patricia Dulinski have been representing me for years regarding a family court matter. When the family case turned into a domestic violence case, Joe was by my side in a final restraining order case. The case was dragged on for months by my adversary. Joe was patiently by my side the whole time. Joe truly shined as a trial attorney. There was no doubt [of] my confidence in him. In my opinion, the case was won early on, however Joe just waited patiently and did what he does best. I think even the judge was impressed. When it was all over, we not only won the case, but the judge spent an hour reading his decision into the record. Joe shut the other side down. He's a great trial attorney. There were people and other attorneys in the courtroom when the judge read the decision into the record [who] must have heard something big was happening inside the courtroom . Many of the other people and attorneys congratulated us, and expressed their feelings about the case. I really wish more people could have watched Joe in action. He was amazing." -J.M., Metuchen
