For three months this spot will be cookin’ up food and fun at the GSP.

From food trucks to midnight markets, foodie pop-ups are having a moment. For the next few months, the creators of January’s INSTAYUM are back with a delicious new destination.

The Garden State Public Market, a 12-week pop-up at the Garden State Plaza, will be a hub of amazing food and fun activities for the whole fam. There’s an impressive list of vendors lined up—think coffee shop, bar and artisan cuisine:

Kimchi Smoke will knock your socks off with its mouth-watering Texas BBQ.

El Lechon De Negron boasts delicious empanada combos like pepperoni pizza, chicken parm and cheese cake.

Brownie Bar is the place to satisfy your chocolate fix with its artisanal spins on your fave gooey staple.

Tojo Kitchen makes hand-crafted rice burgers using fresh ingredients.

Jerk Shack Grill serves up various flavors of Jamaican cuisine (think oxtail, jerk chicken and jerk wings).

Sogno Coffee and Creperie doesn't just roast their own coffee, they've got enough sweet and savory crepe options to blow your mind. (Fruity pebbles, s'mores, cookies 'n creme and more!)

Hold My Knots creates garlic knot sliders that are sure to please any Jersey native.

Yani's Bakehouse bakes Insta-worthy treats like beignets and scones (you'll have to exercise major control so you don't eat them in one bite!).

Moon Child's mini boutique serves up eye-catching jewelry (perfect for any member of the fam).

Among the activities planned are Free Trivia and Game Night, Free Jazz Night, Trapeze Yoga and Brunch, Children’s Yoga, Flower Festival and plenty of other events. (This weekend there’ll be a Silent Disco!)

Whether you’re looking for a chill atmosphere to get some work done, a place to meet for drinks or a weekend activity, the GSP is the place to find it. You can also stop by the art gallery (set up by the Jersey City Arts Council).

The Market will be open Thursdays-Saturdays from 11 am-7 pm until June 30.
