Freeman Law Center, LLC

Brian C. Freeman, Esq.

Specialty: Family Law

Patricia A. Dulinski, Esq

The Freeman Law Center provides aggressive, caring representation and navigates challenging legal issues for families throughout northern New Jersey. With 34 years of experience in family law, Brian C. Freeman combines the personal touch of a small firm with the experience, knowledge and resources of a large firm.

PROVIDING A PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE

“We take the time to meet with families and make ourselves available to answer questions from our clients,” says the father of six. “We don’t make decisions for families; we explain their options and allow them to be fully involved in the process so they can decide how they’d like us to address their issue…and then proceed as cost-efficiently as possible.”

Freeman and his team provide high-quality legal services in several areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support and property settlement issues. The firm is fully staffed with bilingual paralegals to assist clients through every step of their case.

NEGOTIATING FAIR RESOLUTIONS

“We aggressively represent our clients and we’re not bashful in court, but at the same time we seek to resolve problems and always have our clients’ best interests in mind,” Freeman says. “We believe in negotiating a resolution that’ll be fair on both sides—but we’re willing to fight to get the best results possible for our clients.”

A former deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey, Freeman is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court. He’s a former trustee for the Hudson County Bar Association, a member of the National Bar Association and former president of the Garden State Bar Association.

“Nothing is more rewarding than having a client refer you to their friends or family because they put their trust in you to resolve their legal problem and were so happy with the results of their case,” he says.

"Mr. Freeman has been a great attorney for my family. He was my attorney for my divorce and my brother's custody case, and he did a great job in both cases." - B.R., East Orange

"He helped me get my divorce done quickly and without a lot of stress. Brian was really on point in getting me alimony and child support that exceeded my wildest dreams." -T.A. Orange

"I don't know how to say how grateful I am to Mr. Freeman for the way he handled my divorce case. The case was long and costly, but the end result couldn't have turned out any better for me. He was aggressive and skillful in court and really took time to explain every detail of the divorce process from start to finish. I recommend him to all my family and friends." -G.R., South Orange

"Fantastic divorce lawyer, really exceptional in the way he represented me in court. He has a very professional staff that was efficient and friendly no matter how many times I called the office. This is a very client-friendly office that gave me great service and great results." -N.V., Union City
