Go Bowling (for Free!)

Looking for budget-friendly ideas to keep the kids busy during summer break? Take them bowling—for free!

You can take the kids bowling at select alleys across New Jersey without whipping out your wallet (read: free!). Though some of the locations don’t offer the sweet deal until June, many start in May. Register your kids and then get two free games of bowling a day for the entire summer. It’s all part of an effort to give them something safe to do during break. Kids have to meet the age requirements of individual alleys, so check out each location's site or call before going.
